Frank Neukomm, Chairman and CEO

Frank Neukomm has an extensive background in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and sales and marketing. He has served as a senior executive of brokerage and M & A companies, software companies and telecom companies. He has been instrumental in purchasing or starting companies in industries as diverse as insurance, consumer retail goods, industrial services and wireless telecommunications. He has arranged financing for and served as a director of several public companies.

Robert C. Farr, President and COO

Robert C. Farr brings a 34 year diversified business background in operations leadership replete with examples of improved productivity and increased profits. Broad experience with several Fortune 500 Companies includes successes in marketing, customer relations, administration, finance, operations, new products and worldwide vendor selection/purchasing. Recent experience includes securing and structuring funding for both public and private companies including debt and equity as well as international funding through US Ex-Im Bank. Mr. Farr has a BS in Finance from Mississippi State University and was a Naval Officer in the Vietnam conflict.

Marlin Williford, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Williford is the President of CapNet Risk and Financial Management with whom the Company contracts for CFO and Controller functions. CapNet provides its services to middle market companies ranging in size from one to fifty million dollars in annual revenue. CapNet provides its clients with over 40 years of banking, finance and accounting experience.

Michael E. Cherry, Vice President Marketing

Mr. Cherry is a business development and operations leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth for global manufacturing and system integration organizations marketing to telecom, computer, industrial, military, aerospace and medical markets. He has a strong track record spearheading market expansions and increasing profitability with minimum resources and operating expenses. His expertise includes overall business planning, sales and marketing, purchasing and supply chain optimization, operations, field support and service, start-ups, and cost containment, all with a strong customer focus for companies that include Rockwell International, Computer Automation and Chief Automotive Systems. A native of Nebraska, he holds a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Nancy Finney, Controller

Ms. Finney is a CPA and an officer of CapNet Risk and Financial Management with whom the Company contracts for her services. She has extensive accounting and management experience having previously served as a treasurer, CFO, accounting manager and auditor with firms ranging from Coopers & Lybrand, Tenneco Realty, Inc. and Diversified Credit Service. Ms. Finney holds a BS in Accounting from Texas A & M University.
