American Security Resources Corporation Begins Trading as ARSC With New CUSIP

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2004--American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC) www.americansecurityresources.com, formerly Kahuna Network Security, Inc.(OTCBB:KHNA), announced that effective this morning it has begun trading under the symbol: ARSC on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company's common stock will carry a new CUSIP of: 029569 10 0.

Shareholders are not required to submit their shares for replacement certificates.

American Security Resources Corporation ("the Company") is actively seeking to acquire profitable, well managed companies that provide niche products or services for homeland security and national defense.

The Company is currently negotiating to acquire Systems Resource Management Inc. www.srminc.net, a 25 year old, Rhode Island based, defense project management and IT firm whose largest customer is the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.

The Company expects to announce additional acquisitions.
