Experts Assist American Security Resources with Due Diligence on Hydrogen Fuel Cell Company
Houston, TX (Business Wire) October 04, 2005 – Joe Grace, President of American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB: ARSC), announced today that, as part of the due diligence for acquiring an interest in eGO Design, Inc., a privately-held company with proprietary technology for silicon-based, hydrogen fuel cells, it has asked Wendy Buskop, a leading patent and trademark attorney with The Buskop Law Group (www.buskoplaw.com ), to review the claims in the eGO patents.
Grace further announced that ARSC’s auditors, Malone & Bailey, have reviewed the financials of eGO.
ARSC has also received a proposal from American Enterprise Development Corporation to provide advice regarding product development, deployment, marketing, capital structure, financing needs, management development and other acquisition opportunities related to the fuel cell opportunity.
ARSC expects to complete its due diligence and close this acquisition before the end of October.
