Hydra Fuel Cell Corp. First Residential Hydrogen Fuel Cell System Leads to Purchase Order for 10 HydraStax® Systems

Beaverton, Oregon, November 7, 2007 (BusinessWire) – Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation (www.hydrafuelcell.com ), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB: ARSC), announced today that its beta installation of a complete HydraStax® fuel cell system at a residence in Texas triggered a purchase order for 10 HydraStax® 5000 systems from a Florida-based international green building products distributor, Conexa.

Jim Twedt, President and CEO of Hydra, said, “Conexa is the distributor in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and Florida for Brazilian Gypsum products (www.braziliangypsum.com ).
